Beat the Heat Solar Sale — Terms & Conditions
The Beat the Heat Solar Sale ("Promotion") is offered by Esmay Electric, Inc. dba Solar by Esmay. By participating, customers agree to the following terms:
1. Promotion Period
Offer valid for qualifying contracts signed on or before April 30, 2026.
2. Discount Details
Eligible customers will receive a $1,000 discount on solar or solar-plus-battery projects with a minimum contract value of $15,000. Project value is calculated before tax and after any applicable manufacturer rebates.
3. Eligibility
- Valid for residential and commercial installations within Solar by Esmay's standard service areas.
- Limit one discount per household or business address.
- Customer must enter into a signed proposal with Esmay Electric, Inc. by the promotion deadline.
- Initial payment must be received by April 30, 2026.
4. Exclusions
Not valid on previously signed contracts, past purchases, or projects already in construction.
5. Conditions
- All projects are subject to site inspection, shading analysis, roof/electrical evaluation, and final system design approval.
- If project details change and the final contract value falls below $15,000, the Promotion becomes void.
- Discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be applied retroactively.
6. General
- Solar by Esmay reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Additional terms and conditions may apply based on project type, financing, permitting, or utility requirements.
